As a Senior UI/UX Designer , you will: Own UI/UX design for hybrid-casual mobile games from concept to production Quickly research market trends, competitors, and references Create high-quality UI/UX flows, wireframes, mocks, and final visuals Build and maintain art bibles and visual guidelines Work in parallel on multiple games and styles Produce 2D paint-overs on top of 2D and 3D assets (characters, environments, icons, logos, etc.) Provide clear, constructive feedback to artists and help raise overall quality Mentor and support artists when needed and help manage tasks and art in projects Communicate efficiently, think fast, and self-manage priorities in a dynamic environment Senior UI/UX Designer role requires: Excellent UI/UX sensibility for mobile games Strong 2D art, composition, color, and visual storytelling Ability to adapt quickly to different visual styles Fast, efficient execution without sacrificing quality Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven Portfolio (Mandatory). Candidates must include a portfolio showcasing: UI/UX work for hybrid mobile games 2D game art & concept art Art direction examples Paint-overs (2D/3D assets) Any additional relevant hybrid-game visuals CrazyLabs commitments: Employee benefits are part of our love language.
