Opportunity –Compruebe que cumple con los requisitos de habilidades para este puesto, así como con la experiencia asociada, y luego envíe su CV a continuación.SeniorTechnical LeadAbout the roleWe are looking fora Senior Tech Lead / Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership and strategic direction fo r AI and Machine Learning solutions.This is a critical, enterprise-level role focused on designing and scaling reusable AI products that deliver measurable business value across complex, multi-tenant environments and multiple operating companies.Main ResponsabilitiesLead t he technical architecture and technology strategy for AI/ML solutions, balancing cost, risk, time-to-value and long-term scalability.Provide strong architectural input into the designof reusable, enterprise-grade AI products that can be adopted across multiple business units within the IMS domain.Identify, articulate and mitiga te technical risks using a structured, data-driven approach.Define and evol ve technical blueprints that support early discovery, accelerated value delivery, and progression to fully industrialised AI products.Simplify the complexityof multi-tenant environments by building reusable AI products that operate seamlessly across multiple operating companies.Act asa hands-on technical authority, guiding multiple squads to deliver consistent, robust and well-architected solutions.Define and enfor ce technical governance, including architectural decision-making processes (e.g. Key Design Decisions), ensuring auditability and alignment with enterprise standards, guardrails and design patterns.Set the technical direction f or AI and ML platforms, including lightweight generative AI abstraction layers, routes to production and runtime ML platforms.Continuously assess t he external AI and generative model landscape, modelling cost, benefits and implementation trade-offs.Work closely with engineering leaders and squad tech leads across distributed locations (Barcelona and London) to build an aligned, pragmatic and high-performing engineering community.Treat internal teams as customers, continuously reducing the effort required to discover, adopt and scale AI-powered products.Technical skills15+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering within complex environments.Proven ability to prov ide deep, hands-on technical leadership across multiple squads.Strong experience deliver ing AI and ML platforms, tools or products.Solid understanding of mod ern ML engineering, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines and routes to production, including third-party platforms.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior, time-poor stakeholders.Strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Enthusiastic, forward-looking and pragmatic approach.Willingness tobe on-site in Barcelona and travelto London when required. xcskxlj Experience inthe airline or aviation industry is a plus.Why join this projec t?
