Asegúrese de leer la descripción completa a continuación.The Senior Talent & HR Specialist will support key business lines, with a primary focus on Data Center and Energy activities.The role will be part of the central HR team, reporting to the HR Director.The position will focus on managing a high volume of senior and specialized hiring needs in competitive and technical markets across Europe and the US, while also supporting key HR topics such as compensation, performance management and organizational matters.The role may also support the other business areas as needed.Responsibilities Senior Talent Acquisition & Headhunting Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and critical roles, mainly within the Digital & Energy sectors, across Europe and the US.Identify, approach and engage high-quality candidates through direct sourcing and headhunting strategies.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs.Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence Develop deep knowledge of relevant talent markets, including key competitors and target companies.Identify where and how to find specialized profiles across different geographies.Provide insights on talent availability, hiring trends and competitive dynamics.Candidate Assessment Conduct interviews and assess senior candidates, evaluating both technical expertise and leadership capabilities.Ensure strong alignment between candidate profiles, business needs and long-term potential.Compensation & Rewards Structuring Support the development and structuring of competitive compensation packages for senior profiles.Contribute to the definition and documentation of compensation, including: fixed and variable compensation, STIP and LTIP. xcskxlj Ensure alignment with market practices and internal guidelines.Performance & KPI Framework Support the implementation and follow-up of performance m #J-18808-Ljbffr
