The RoleWe are hiring a Senior Sales Manager – Events & Exhibitions to join our Barcelona team on a full-time, on-site basis . This is a senior, target-driven sales role for a professional with mandatory experience in events and exhibitions sales . You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key client relationships, and closing high-value event and exhibition projects. What You'll DoOwn and deliver ambitious sales targets for events and exhibitions Identify and secure new business opportunities (events, exhibitions, brand activations) Manage senior-level client relationships and commercial negotiations Lead proposals, pricing, and contract closure Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to shape tailored solutions Maintain and forecast pipeline using CRM tools Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy What We're Looking ForMandatory: Proven experience in events and exhibitions sales Strong background in B2B sales and business development Solid understanding of event and exhibition delivery processes Demonstrated ability to perform in high-target environments Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills xugodme Experience in events agencies, experiential marketing, or hospitality is a strong advantage Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools Fluent in English (Spanish is highly desirable) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field What We OfferFull-time, on-site role in Barcelona High targets with strong, performance-based sales incentives International client exposure and large-scale projects Fast-paced, results-oriented environment with growth potential
