Senior Project Planner – Elusav Recruitment • Antas de Ulla, Lugo, ES Elusav are recruiting a Senior Project Planner for one of Europe's largest engineering contractors for a Data Center project in Madrid. Fluent English and Spanish are required for this position. The Senior Project Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining schedules for pre‑construction, construction, and commissioning. Previous experience with Primavera P6 is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in Data Center construction on a major CV‑defining project. Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of planning, as defined by the Planning SOP. Developing and maintaining schedules for pre‑construction, construction, and commissioning. Milestone projections, delay/float path analysis. Earned Value Management systems. Monitoring schedule performance and productivity. Auditing progress on site. Attending schedule meetings, liaising with client and subcontractors. Preparation of tender schedules. Preparation of histograms. Leading planning meetings. Supporting weekly workface planning systems. Resource/cash loading of schedules. Responsibility for quality and accuracy of schedules and reports. Making relevant parties aware of issues and advising on solutions. Assisting in the preparation of claims and providing data for contractual disputes. Managing, training, coaching, supporting, developing, and leading staff, if required. Covering Planning Manager responsibilities when required. Covering Project Planner responsibilities when required. Requirements Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in planning on large‑scale construction projects. Proficient in Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, and Excel. Clear understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing. Able to produce a programme to plan and monitor the works from necessary information (drawings/model/SOW, etc.). Capable of managing the planning of large‑scale projects with minimal supervision.
