Currently, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to bring your cross-functional Topic Team to the next level, working towards the achievement of the objectives and beyond, partnering closely with other areas such as Development, Business, Operations and Marketing. You must be comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on, with a customer-centric mindset you will find the balance to further scale our product and maximize the potential value we can deliver to our Wallapop users and organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, product vision, and leadership skills to drive initiatives that address challenges in a dynamic digital environment. What You Will Do Drive the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, user needs, and company objectives. Collaborate with engineering, data science, product design, and operations teams to develop and launch innovative products that meet user needs and drive business growth. Ensure product quality standards are maintained across all devices, platforms, and applicable use cases. Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product development and strategy. Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Monitor product performance and user feedback, iterating and refining products to improve user experience and achieve business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver product initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to solve complex problems, assess risks, and carry out well-structured, data-informed reasoning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English a must & Spanish a plus.
