We offer excellent benefits, an exciting and supportive work environment, and excellent work-life balance.Position OverviewAs a Senior Product Manager at Baxter Planning, you will need to collaborate as a cross-functional leader for your product(s) by working closely with the product owners, customer cohorts, subject matter experts, Engineering teams & other internal/external stakeholders. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for understanding the market needs, value creation potential, and competitive landscape. They define the product roadmap and work within the organization to ensure the creation of new products, modules, and features in line with the architectural direction and business priorities. The Senior Product Manager oversees the overall success of their product across Baxter Planning functions as well as with our current and prospective customers.Purpose, Scope and Responsibilities:Work closely with the Product owners in defining the product roadmap and translating it into feasible functional increments.Conduct discovery and lead product design to address market problems.Evaluate ROI and market potential of new products and features.Define adoption targets and metrics for new products and features.Adjust priorities in line with the strategic objectives of the business.Execute in line with product vision and framework set by the product strategy team.Create solutions that are valuable and viable.Ensure product success within the organization by individual contribution, collaboration, and influencing others to achieve results.Coach and develop product owners and other product managers.Engage with customers, individual contributors, and leaders of all levels to build constructive and collaborative relationships.Job Requirements:Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Fast learning curve with new domains, constraints, customer, and user objectives.Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.Proven track record of data-driven decision making.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to work in teams & communicate across multiple levels across the organization.Ability to solicit feedback, understand customer needs, and translate those to achievable scope.Ability to define value metrics, adoption metrics, and use various forms of prioritization techniques.#J-18808-Ljbffr
