CRM Marketing Manager – Barcelona, Spain
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will be a strategic and data‑driven CRM Marketing Manager responsible for leading the development and execution of customer relationship management strategies. You will drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalized, multi‑channel marketing initiatives (email, SMS, push notifications, and messaging platforms) across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Responsibilities
Drive CRM and lifecycle strategies: develop and execute a comprehensive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy to drive conversion, retention, and revenue growth; lead design, implementation, and optimization of multi‑channel campaigns.
Coach and nurture local territory teams in the adoption of CRM marketing to deliver commercial results (LTV/CAC); share successful strategies with the franchise network.
Leverage data to personalize experiences: use customer data & insights to create personalized marketing experiences and enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.
Optimize CRM platforms and automate workflows: ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance; build and manage automated workflows for marketing, sales, and onboarding processes.
Analyze, test, and improve campaigns: monitor performance, lead A/B testing, partner with creative/content teams, and report key metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing with a proven record of driving engagement and retention.
Demonstrated success in customer lifecycle management.
Hands‑on experience with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
Proficient in data analysis and translating complex datasets into actionable insights; experience with Power BI is a plus.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
Experience working in an international business, ideally in Asian markets.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in email marketing and customer communications.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles to optimize email templates and campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Hybrid Work Schedule
2 days in the office, 3 days working from home. The office is located in Barcelona’s city center.
