Your tasksRepresentation of loan administration issues in other departments and projects
Active management of loan, property, and collateral data, particularly with regard to special loan-specific circumstances, in the relevant systemsSupport with (more complex) loan disbursements, contract amendments, repayments, and implementation of financing structures in the relevant systemsCreation and ongoing processing of (more complex) property developer and developer financing as well as loan accounting transactionsIndependent preparation of customer correspondence as well as collateral and land register documentsClose cooperation with other departments as a member of the deal team to coordinate all activities from initial loan origination to handover to portfolio and process managementParticipation in process and interface optimisation as well as regulatory tasks
Collaboration in projects or management of (sub-)projectsHow to convince usCompleted university degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or comparable knowledge acquired through practical experience (e.g., banking apprenticeship, banking specialist)Experience in credit risk management, preferably in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment bankingVery good Knowledge of the relevant real estate marketsVery good knowledge of relevant IT applications such as SAP with the CML, CMS, BCA, BP, and FI modules, as well as SUMMITGood knowledge of MS Office applications Word and ExcelFluent Spanish and English skills; additional skills in an Eastern European language are an advantageOur values
