As a Senior Legal Specialist in the IP department of Capgemini's head office legal department, you will work in a dynamic international environment and liaise with commercial and legal teams located throughout the world.RoleUnder the supervision of the Group IP Officer, you will be in charge of advising the business and local legal teams on copyright, trademarks, design rights and NTIC:Provide legal support on IP Licensing deals to local legal teamsPrepare other IP related contracts for our Marketing and Communication teamsPerform legal assessment of the group's assets from an IP perspective (conduct Name clearance, OSS Clearance, third‐party clearance)Propose and define the most appropriate IP protection for assessed assetsManage part of the Group's IP portfolioManage disputes relating to the Group's soft IP rights with external counselPrepare and provide training on IP/IT to the businessIP law and regulation monitoringQualificationsMaster degree in Intellectual Property3 to 6 years of effective experience in Intellectual Property in the legal department of an international company or in a law firmFluent in professional English (written and oral)LocationSenior Legal Specialist - Madrid, Kingdom of Spain, ES #J-18808-Ljbffr
