We are seeking a Senior Director of Data Centre Operations to lead a large-scale hyperscale portfolio (100MW+ capacity) across the UK / EMEA region. This is a senior leadership role , responsible for driving operational excellence, uptime, and capacity performance across multiple live sites within a rapidly growing into a VP level. The Role Own regional operations across a multi-site data centre portfolio Drive uptime, resilience, and performance in hyperscale environments Lead capacity planning, utilisation, and operational readiness Manage and develop site leadership teams and technical operations functions Act as the senior escalation point for critical incidents and operational risk Partner with development, construction, and key clients on capacity growth and delivery Requirements Experience operating at Director / Senior Director level within data centre operations Proven ownership of large-scale capacity portfolios (100MW+) Background in hyperscale or mission-critical environments Strong track record managing multi-site / regional operations Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level
