With a strong focus on fun and safe gaming, we serve over 2000 brands globally in more than 50 countries, delivering top-tier interactive experiences to online and land-based operators worldwide.We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager based in La Linea, Spain to join our team.This is a high-impact, commercial role focused on driving revenue growth across key partnerships. You will take full ownership of your accounts, ensuring strong performance, fast product adoption, and identifying new commercial opportunities.This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can actively grow accounts, open doors, and drive revenue through both existing and new opportunities.Key responsibilitiesAccount Ownership & Growth: Own and develop a portfolio of key operator accounts, driving revenue growth through strong positioning, product adoption, and strategic planningGame Launch & Performance: Ensure fast and effective launch of new games and features, while actively driving performance post-launch through positioning and campaignsCommercial Upsell: Proactively identify and execute upsell opportunities across our product suite (e.g. gamification tools, premium tables, new features), with a strong focus on revenue impactPipeline & Opportunity Management: Build, maintain, and convert a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities within existing and new accountsPromotions & Campaigns: Secure and execute regular promotional activity to maximise engagement, visibility, and GGR growthMarket Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within your accounts and across your network, contributing to overall market growthStakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Casino Managers, Commercial Leads, Product Teams)Internal Coordination: Work closely with product, integrations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution and deliveryCompliance & Market Readiness: Support certification processes and ensure content is aligned with market requirementsIndustry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, leveraging your network to generate new opportunitiesWe expect you have3+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles within the iGaming industry (must-have)A strong network of operator contacts and the ability to open doors and build relationships quicklyProven track record of growing accounts and driving revenueExperience working with casino content, platforms, or aggregatorsStrong commercial mindset, with confidence in selling and negotiating high-value dealsAbility to identify and act on growth opportunities within accountsExperience across multiple markets (e.g. Europe, LATAM, Africa) is a strong advantageExcellent communication skills and fluent EnglishHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel for client meetings and industry eventsBy joining us you will:Be part of an international company with a dynamic, fast-paced work environmentWork from our shared local office in La Linea, Spain, with flexibility for remote workHave real ownership and the ability to directly impact revenue and growthWork in an environment that values autonomy, trust, and commercial thinkingAccess opportunities for growth through internal and external trainingReceive comprehensive health insurance after your trial periodReceive a digital shop budget once you’ve completed your trialSalary range: €50,000 – €70,000 gross annually (depending on experience)
