As a trusted, behind-the-scenes partner for elite travelers, we transform expectations into exceptional realities.To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Partnership and Product Manager to join our fast-paced, international, and stylish Madrid office.You WillCreate, update, and maintain a diverse and captivating catalog of experiences for the appropriate destination.Continuously enhance and refine products within the catalog to meet evolving customer preferences.Source new suppliers, discuss itineraries, and create special activities, consistently refreshing the catalog with innovative services and experiences.Negotiate new agreements and competitive rates with suppliers to ensure a wide array of high-quality offerings.Collect rates for upcoming seasons and update the system.Conduct regular meetings with suppliers to build and strengthen relationships.Maximize the utilization of the most in-demand products and services.Arrange hotel visits and conduct service quality checks during site inspections.Monitor supplier performance, generate reports, and control costs and gross margins.Implement a variable pricing strategy based on understanding, anticipating, and influencing consumer behavior to maximize revenue and profits.Collaborate with the Senior Team to monitor supplier usage and gather feedback.Address negative feedback by following up with suppliers to identify areas of improvement.Work closely with the Marketing Team to highlight destinations and services on social media platforms.Identify and share upcoming events relevant to our clients with the team and the Marketing Team.You ArePassionate about Luxury Travel and LifestyleProven minimum 4 years experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably as a Product ManagerStrong understanding of the Spanish tourism market and cultural landscapeExcellent negotiation skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentCreative thinker with a passion for creating unique and memorable experiencesWe OfferA MacBook and iPhone provided to support your daily work.A fully in-office role within an international luxury travel environment.A starting salary from EUR 40,000 per year, plus a bonus depending on seniority and experience.Location Requirement: Candidates must already reside in Madrid or the surrounding area.
