Job Title: Senior Account Executive Location: Spain Salary: Up to €80k-€95k base + Uncapped Commission (2x OTE) This isn't just another Account Executive role. You'll be responsible for winning new customers, managing opportunities from initial prospecting through to close, and helping organisations modernise, secure and optimise their Microsoft environments. Company: Global software vendor specialising in data management, governance and protection for Microsoft 365 Trusted by thousands of organisations worldwide to secure, manage and optimise their collaboration environments Market-leading portfolio covering backup, migration, governance, compliance and cloud management solutions Strong investment in innovation with a rapidly expanding global customer base Collaborative, high-performance sales culture with excellent career progression and earning potential Role: Drive new business growth across Spain, Iberia and Italy, targeting mid-market organisations with selected enterprise accounts Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing Build relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to solve complex business challenges Develop and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed new business targets Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while driving high levels of sales activity through CRM About you: 3+ years' experience managing full end-to-end sales cycles within a complex B2B SaaS environment Proven new business hunter with a consistent track record of exceeding quota Fluent in English and either Spanish or Italian Experience selling into mid-market organisations, with exposure to enterprise customers Comfortable engaging C-level executives, IT leaders and business decision makers Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills Highly motivated, resilient and driven by achieving ambitious revenue targets Experience selling infrastructure, cloud, security, data management or enterprise software solutions would be highly advantageous
