Experteer Overview In this role, you will embed security into Flywire’s products across global development teams, owning design-level security and threat modeling. You’ll lead secure architecture initiatives and work closely with engineers to ensure secure deployments. The position emphasizes hands-on remediation, security reviews, and a strong security-first mindset to protect confidential information. - Define comprehensive security requirements for new systems, services, and integrations
- Own threat modeling and secure architecture initiatives to prevent design-stage vulnerabilities
- Provide technical leadership and set security standards for the team
- Collaborate with multiple squads to identify and mitigate security issues in real time
- Perform deep-dive security reviews including source code audits and dynamic testing of live apps
- Ensure security is integrated into change and integration reviews for deployments
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of the secure software development lifecycle (S-SDLC)
- Provide guidance to developers on remediation and secure coding practicesResponsabilidades
- 4+ years in Application Security (AppSec)
- Experience with web application penetration testing and vulnerability research
- Proficiency in source code auditing and building custom security tools
- Strong knowledge of security concepts across multiple programming languages (e.G., Ruby on Rails, Python, Bash, Java, Node.Js)Requisitos principales
