ph3Job Description /h3 pKey responsibilities: /p ul liDeliver Pre-Prepared Lessons: Teach lessons left by the regular teacher, ensuring learning objectives are met. /li liClassroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, managing student behavior effectively. /li liSupervise Students: Ensure the safety and engagement of students during lessons and transitions. /li liFollow School Policies: Adhere to school procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and behavior policies. /li liProvide Feedback: Leave notes or feedback for the regular teacher regarding student progress and any issues encountered. /li liAdaptability: Be prepared to cover a range of subjects and year groups, often on short notice. /li liSupport Learning: Assist students with their work and encourage participation and effort. /li /ul h3ISP Principles /h3 pBegin with our children and students.
