Experteer Overview As a Senior Scrum Master, you will lead Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products within Siemens Energy’s Digital Products and Solutions. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and remove impediments to enable continuous improvement. Your work connects technical delivery with product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and clear stakeholder communication. You will help scale agile practices across multiple teams and drive timely, value-focused software increments. - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to enable effective collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and align with business goals
- Identify and remove impediments to keep teams focused on delivering high-value increments
- Coach teams on Agile practices to promote self-organization
- Track progress and performance using metrics and provide visibility to stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and management on status, risks, and dependencies
- Engage with development teams using technical knowledge to drive solution discussions
- Responsible for the delivery of software applications
- Ability to act as Scrum Master on software projects employing Scrum, Kanban, and SAFeResponsabilidades
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with strong SAFe knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile leadership role
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to lead multiple Agile teams and manage competing priorities
- Deep understanding of SAFe
- Hands-on development and DevOps experience
