SAP SD / OTC Solution Owner – S/4 HANA

ECM Talent is supporting a major international organisation on a large-scale, long-term SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / OTC Solution Owner to take ownership of the Sales & Distribution solution, working across global IT teams, Business Process Owners and SAP implementation partners.
This is a senior role combining strong SAP SD expertise with solution ownership, roadmap responsibility and ongoing S/4HANA transformation.
Responsibilities
Own the SAP S/4HANA SD / Order-to-Cash solution.
Define and manage the SD solution roadmap.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Lead solution design, enhancements and ongoing optimisation.
Work closely with Business Process Owners, IT teams and external SAP partners.
Support global S/4HANA deployments and transformation initiatives.
Manage solution governance, incidents, service requests and enhancements.
Ensure integration across SD, FI, MM, logistics and wider enterprise systems.
Coordinate SAP-related projects, risks, dependencies and delivery.
Experience Required
8+ years SAP SD / OTC experience.
Strong SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution expertise.
Previous experience as a Solution Owner, Solution Lead, Functional Lead, Application Manager or similar.
Experience on at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation or major global rollout.
Strong end-to-end OTC knowledge including sales, pricing, delivery and billing.
Experience working within large international SAP environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing SAP partners / systems integrators.
Fluent English.
Contract Details
Location: Barcelona
Hybrid: Approximately 40% onsite
Duration: 12 months initially
Extensions: Long-term extensions expected
Start: ASAP / subject to availability
