Experteer Overview
As a Project Manager for SAP, you oversee end-to-end SAP initiatives from pre-sales to go-live and post-go-live support. You lead multi-module projects, ensuring client satisfaction, timely delivery, and budget adherence. You collaborate with programme leaders and the Global PMO to steer scope, governance, and financials. You also deliver training on project management practices and apply our SD Worx methodology to ensure consistent delivery. This role offers exposure to complex SAP projects within a dynamic HR solutions environment.

• Manage end-to-end SAP projects from pre-sales to go-live and post-go-live support
• Act as primary contact for project team, stakeholders, and customers throughout the lifecycle
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Consulting Directors, and the Global PMO on SAP project finances and reporting
• Monitor and control project budgets, including medium-sized projects and cost efficiency
• Strengthen project governance, quality assurance, and delivery standards
• Deliver training on SAP project management tools, methodologies, and templates
• Apply SD Worx Project Methodology and processes to ensure consistent delivery
Responsabilidades
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience, ideally with multi-stakeholder projects
• Project management with SAP is a must
• Solid understanding of project financial management and controlling
• Strong leadership, organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of payroll solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable
• Fluent in English and French (C2 level)
