Role OverviewStrada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. An AMPS Consultant works within the AMPS department under the supervision of an AMPS Team Manager and provides application support, technical consultancy, and system configuration for our outsourced SAP client.ResponsibilitiesProvide application support and consultancy through expert advice, guidance, and technical actions.Manage and resolve standard support tickets following functional analysis and technical guidance from senior team members.Develop and maintain clean, reliable, and maintainable code and system configurations in line with Strada best practices.Execute system tests using provided or self‑generated test data to ensure applications and developments meet agreed specifications.Prepare clear and comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all issues handled.Organize and manage daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.Regularly report on progress and status to the AMO Team Manager.Maintain effective communication channels internally and externally, ensuring timely updates on issue status, resolution, and root cause.Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR processes and the overall SAP HCM system architecture.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent experience.Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and French.Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance is a plus.Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies quickly.Strong interest in delivering high‑quality support in Human Resources.Ability to multi‑task and work in a constantly changing, fast‑paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.Service‑oriented with strong client focus and sense of accountability.Commitment to the customer, the team, and the project.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.What We OfferInternational business environment and opportunities to use foreign languages.Work in a culture that encourages career excellence and personal development.Young and dynamic office environment.Flexible benefits package, including life insurance, health insurance, and more.BenefitsWe support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
