Your role
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will:

Work on end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and support, with a strong focus on Spanish Payroll
Collaborate with international teams and clients on complex, high-impact projects
Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions
Provide configuration, testing, and ongoing system optimisation
Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
Strong hands‑on experience with Spanish Payroll
Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
