This role is pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing operations run detailed by coordinating sample preparation, moisture resolution, and accurate scale operations. If you aim to excel in an extraordinary environment and seek to efficiently implement your skills, this opportunity is for you!## Key Responsibilities* Lead the team of versatile operators.* Control sampling processes, scales, and control room, rigorously adhering to company safety, quality, and environmental standards.* Arrange and handle resources in collaboration with Operations Supervisors to maintain efficient operations.* Generate detailed area reports to be sent to clients.* Meet area indicators and performance metrics.## Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience.* English proficiency at B2 level.* Knowledge of Coordinated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).* Familiarity with Industrial Automation.* Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).* Basic knowledge in sampling and sample preparation.* Experience in calibration of measuring equipment.## Key Relationships:* Internal* Work together with other operators and supervisors to guarantee smooth operations.* Work closely with the Quality Control team to maintain high standards.* External* Liaise with external auditors and inspectors to demonstrate compliance with industry standards.We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
