This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Nerola. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and updating client records in the sales database. Collaboration with the marketing team and other sales professionals is essential to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
Networking skills and a proactive approach to reaching potential clients
Prior experience in a similar industry or sales role is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
