The role sits at the heart of a strategic initiative to roll out Salesforce Marketing Cloud across the Hospitality business unit (hotels and accommodation providers), bridging sales and marketing teams to drive customer success.Location: Hybrid (Madrid) or Remote depending on locationLanguages: Advanced English required (B2/C1)Responsibilities:Lead the deployment and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the Hospitality business unitCollaborate with Sales Cloud and marketing teams to design and execute customer journeys, campaigns and automationsConfigure and maintain solutions across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and Mobile StudioManage the integration between Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud via Marketing Cloud Connect, ensuring data consistency and qualityDevelop audience segmentations, data extensions and data models tailored to the hospitality businessImplement advanced content personalisation using AMPscript and/or SSJSSupport Customer Success teams in designing communication strategies that improve product adoptionEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR) across all digital marketing initiativesRequirements:3 to 6 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a professional environmentStrong command of core SFMC tools: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact BuilderExperience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud (Marketing Cloud Connect)Advanced English level (B2/C1) — the role requires fluent communication in international environmentsAre you looking for an environment that values curiosity and commitment?
