With 5 R&D centers and 5 manufacturing bases worldwide, they also operate 10 overseas representative offices across the global. Currently, in order to strengthen their sales force in the Southern Europe, they are now looking for a Sales Manager for IVD products , please be aware the candidates MUST have IVD product knowledge. This position can be remote working based in Spain or in Greece. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets, analyzing market dynamics to inform strategies. Collaborate with distributors to refine sales approaches and pursue new projects. Manage key accounts, fostering relationships with senior decision-makers to boost sales. Conduct marketing research to understand regional potential, competition, and customer needs. Expand market presence by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Engage in trade shows and promotional activities to increase brand visibility. Support agents with order processing, logistics, and after-sales service. Ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations. Provide market insights and forecast sales revenues, preparing regular reports Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
