We are looking for
A driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) who wants to contribute to our sales team’s growth and success.
Your responsibilities include:

Researching and prospecting new clients.
Running outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints.
Presenting our solutions to various stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).
Proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and foster growth.
Collaborating with the Sales Executive and the entire sales team to create a positive feedback loop.

Your Basic Qualifications

Native level of Portuguese and good proficiency in English.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.
Hunger: eagerness to face challenges and raise the bar daily.
Proactivity: actively proposing value-creating solutions and embracing learning from mistakes.
Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with limited certainty.

Additional Preferences

Previous experience in SaaS sales, business travel, or startups is a plus.
