We train coaches and practitioners through a high-ticket certification program (English-speaking market, primarily US & UK).We are scaling enrollment for our certification cohorts and are hiring an SDR to own lead qualification and follow-up.This role is execution-focused, structured, and performance-driven.Role OverviewThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. You will manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, reduce no-shows, and ensure only serious, high-quality candidates reach the closer.Speed, consistency, and CRM discipline are essential.What you’ll own• Inbound lead qualification and booking • Reactivation of past leads and webinar contacts • Show-rate management and proactive rescheduling • Structured multi-channel follow-up across email and LinkedIn • Short qualification calls to validate fit, motivation, and purchase intent • Clean CRM management and accurate pipeline tracking in HubSpot • Ongoing sales intelligence: documenting objections, identifying recurring patterns, and providing structured weekly feedback to refine targeting and messagingThis role combines disciplined execution with thoughtful qualification and insight generation.Profile• Native or impeccable English (especially spoken)• Comfortable calling US & UK leads• Process-oriented and disciplined• Metrics-driven• Calm under rejection• Experience in high-ticket sales, psychology, or coaching industry preferred
