In this role you will lead end-to-end tender and regulated opportunity management in a cross-border setting, ensuring full legal, pricing, and governance compliance. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to close deals and maintain audit-ready documentation. The position focuses on sales administration and contract lifecycle management, driving process standardization across Europe from a Spain-based, remote team. The role supports Germany and Austria within a highly regulated commercial environment, contributing to faster, compliant business outcomes.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead end-to-end tender and regulated opportunity management with full compliance coverage• Coordinate with Sales, Legal and Finance to execute deals, validate pricing, mitigate risks, and maintain audit-ready documentation• Oversee sales administration and contract lifecycle management• Drive process optimization and standardization of commercial practices across Europe based on CRM/ERP insights• Ensure governance and contract governance across international stakeholders• Support multi-country/regional tender activities and regulatory requirements• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and data accuracy in commercial processesResponsabilidades• Fluency xcskxlj in German and English (written and spoken)• 4-5 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer support-related role (e.g., customer service, order management, inside sales, contract/operations support)• Experience with tender management is a plus• Experience working in multi-country/EMEA environments is a plus• Ability to manage stakeholders across Sales, Legal and Finance internationallyRequisitos principales•
