We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on RPA Developer to strengthen our RPA team and help us scale our automation capabilities across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise, and is excited to shape the future of automation as we transition towards Microsoft Power Platform and D365.
What you’ll do:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced automations using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop
Take ownership of technical architecture and best practices within the RPA team
Mentor a team of developers (mid‑level and junior), supporting their growth and code quality
Act as a technical authority for complex automation projects and integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Identify automation opportunities and proactively propose improvements and innovations
Ensure proper governance, security, and maintainability of automations
Prepare the team and platform for future integration with D365 (planned 2027 rollout)
Support the development of standards, reusable components, and templates
What we’re looking for
Strong experience in RPA development (Power Automate Cloud & Desktop preferred)
Proven ability to design end-to-end automation solutions (including error handling, logging, scaling)
Experience with system integrations (APIs, databases, Microsoft ecosystem)
Solid understanding of software development best practices (versioning, testing, modular design)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience working in international environments
Nice to have
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or other ERP systems)
Knowledge of Power Platform governance, CoE, and ALM practices
Experience with Power Apps, Azure services, or Copilot/AI capabilities
Background in logistics, production, or supply chain environments
Experience scaling automation programs or supporting Citizen Developer initiatives
Be a key player in building and scaling an RPA & Automation Center of Excellence
Shape the technical direction of automation during a major ERP transformation (D365)
Work in a growing international environment with real business impact
