TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS) to oversee daily fleet operations of robotaxi and AV testing programs across Europe, coordinating safety operators, depot staff, technicians, and SDS specialists to keep vehicles deployment-ready.You will drive KPI performance, optimize fleet availability and charging schedules, and lead teams across depots while partnering with engineering and product to scale operations and support new city launches.
