Guide by innovation and emerging technologies, Agmakina strives to shape Bali's future with lasting value, sustainability and progress About the RoleYou'll lead the revenue strategy across a multi-property portfolio — not just executing pricing changes, but owning the analysis, the strategy, and the results. This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who thrives deep in the numbers: you'll live inside dynamic pricing tools daily, spot patterns others miss, and turn insight into pricing decisions that move occupancy and ADR across dozens of listings simultaneously. You'll also be a reference point for less experienced team members and help shape our pricing playbook as the portfolio grows. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize dynamic pricing strategies across the portfolio using PriceLabs (rules, customizations, seasonality, min/max stays, demand-based adjustments) Monitor and manage listings across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, and others), ensuring pricing, availability, and content are optimized and aligned across channels Conduct regular market and competitor analysis (comp sets, demand trends, local events) to inform pricing decisions Track and analyze key revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pickup, pace) and translate findings into actionable recommendations Build and maintain revenue performance reports for property owners and internal stakeholders Collaborate with property management and reservations teams to align pricing strategy with on-the-ground operations Identify underperforming listings or date ranges and propose corrective pricing/promotional actions Support Channel Manager (Cloudbeds) configuration and troubleshooting as it relates to rate and availability distribution Continuously test and refine pricing rules based on performance data What We're Looking For4+ years of proven experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or OTA channel management, ideally managing multiple properties or a distributed portfolio simultaneously (hospitality, short-term rentals, or vacation rentals strongly preferred) Deep, hands-on expertise in PriceLabs is highly valued — proven ability to build and fine-tune pricing rules, interpret its analytics at a strategic level, and use it as a core daily tool across a multi-property portfolio Strong working knowledge of major OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com) from an operator/host perspective, including listing optimization and channel strategy Sharp analytical mindset — comfortable working deep in spreadsheets and dashboards, spotting patterns, and going into the detail rather than staying high-level Track record of taking ownership of revenue strategy end-to-end, not just executing pricing adjustments Experience with Channel Manager / PMS tools (Cloudbeds experience a plus) Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills Strong written and spoken English (portfolio communication is in English) Self-directed and comfortable working with a distributed, international team across time zones (Indonesia-based operations) Comfortable mentoring or guiding less experienced team members on pricing best practices Nice to HaveBackground in vacation rentals, boutique hotels, or property management companies Familiarity with Google Hotel Ads or other metasearch channels Experience setting up or refining revenue processes/playbooks from scratch What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience Remote-friendly role, with on-site flexibility for the right candidate Full ownership of revenue strategy for a fast-growing, boutique property portfolio Direct, close collaboration with ownership and senior management — your analysis and strategy directly shape business decisions To apply, please share your CV along with a brief note on your hands-on experience with PriceLabs and managing pricing across a multi-property portfolio.
