Store Manager / Retail & Operations Coordinator Full-time | Ibiza
About the role We're looking for someone who loves eyewear, enjoys working with people and likes being part of a small team where no two days are the same.
During the summer, you'll be the face of our Ibiza flagship store, creating an exceptional customer experience while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. During the winter, when the store is closed, you'll support the team with inventory, logistics and operational projects as we prepare for the next season.
This isn't just a seasonal retail position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand and become an important part of the Capote team as we continue to expand internationally.
What you'll be doing Summer (May - September) Running the Ibiza flagship store
Welcoming and assisting customers
Creating a memorable shopping experience
Processing sales through Shopify
Keeping the store beautifully presented
Managing stock and inventory
Preparing and shipping online orders
Receiving deliveries
Supporting events and pop-ups when needed
Winter (October - April) With the store closed, you'll work closely with the operations team on a variety of projects, including:
Customer support
Organising inventory and stock
Preparing wholesale and online orders
Coordinating logistics and shipments
Preparing sample sets for agents and distributors
Organising products and materials for international trade fairs such as MIDO and SILMO
Supporting new collection launches/marketing materials
Assisting with operational projects and improving internal processes
We're looking for someone who... Speaks fluent English
Speaks profound Spanish (or is happy to learn)
Has experience in retail, luxury goods, or fashion
Enjoys delivering excellent customer service
Is organised, reliable and proactive
Loves working with people while also enjoying operational tasks behind the scenes
Has experience with Shopify or similar POS systems
Is confident using Excel or Google Sheets
Has worked with Slack or similar communication tools
Understands inventory management and stock control
Has an eye for detail and presentation
Fits naturally with the Capote brand and enjoys being part of a creative, international and dynamic team
A plus if you know how to use Photoshop/Canvas, and set up social media campaigns
