At Slimstock, we are expanding our portfolio of advanced solutions for Retail through new capabilities based on Agentic AI for master data management and Slim4 Commerce (Commerce Management and Agentic Data Management), our solution for price optimisation and elasticity, promotion planning and assortment management. We are looking to incorporate a professional with a strong background in Retail, specialised in pricing and promotions, who will take leadership responsibility for these two solutions in the Iberian market, both from a business and an implementation perspective, acting as an internal and external reference. Key responsibilities Responsible for the Iberian business of the Slim4 Commerce solution (pricing, promotions and assortment). Lead and coordinate implementations for clients in Iberia, ensuring: Alignment with client business objectives. Functional quality, adoption, and value generation. Define and lead the growth strategy in Iberia for both solutions (target customers, priority use cases, local roadmap). Act as functional functional owner of the solutions in the Iberian market. Provide expert insight into real retail dynamics: tactical pricing, promotions, omnichannel, competition, markdowns and assortment management. Collaborate closely with Product Managers globally, conveying market feedback and real customer needs. Translate business challenges into clear, actionable and scalable use cases. Lead sales, pre-sales and implementation teams in Iberia: Definition of value propositions. Impact-oriented executive presentations and demos. Direct participation in strategic meetings with clients. Become the internal reference in Iberia for pricing, promotions and product range. Required profile Solid experience (min. 7–10 years) in Retail, preferably in: Pricing & Promotions Category Management Merchandising or Commercial Planning Experience leading or actively participating in the implementation of solutions (software, processes or analytical models). In-depth knowledge of: Promotional strategies. Price elasticity and demand behaviour. Assortment and demand optimisation. Highly business-oriented, results-driven and adoption-focused. Ability to interact with technical, product and commercial stakeholders. Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders and operational teams. Professional English (essential). The following will be particularly valued Previous experience with: Pricing and promotion tools. Digital transformation projects in retail. SaaS solutions or enterprise software. Experience in roles with market or regional responsibility. Knowledge of the competitive landscape of retail planning and pricing.
