THE ROLEAs a Rentals Consultant, you'll be helping clients find their ideal property while managing rental opportunities from enquiry through to move-in.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:- Speaking with prospective tenants and landlords- Qualifying enquiries and matching clients with suitable properties- Booking and conducting property viewings- Building strong relationships with clients- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups- Negotiating rental agreements- Supporting the rental process from initial enquiry through to completionNo two days are the same, and you'll be part of a dynamic team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
