Job Title
RENTALS CONSULTANT | MARBELLA | IMMEDIATE START | UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
We’re growing fast at Roccabox Property Group and we’re looking for ambitious, motivated people to join our busy Rentals Team in Marbella. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with people, enjoys a fast‑paced environment, and wants to build a successful career in one of the Costa del Sol’s most exciting property markets. We’re extremely busy, have a constant flow of enquiries, and need someone who is ready to hit the ground running. Role
As a Rentals Consultant, you’ll be helping clients find their ideal property while managing rental opportunities from enquiry through to move‑in.
Responsibilities
Speaking with prospective tenants and landlords
Qualifying enquiries and matching clients with suitable properties
Booking and conducting property viewings
Building strong relationships with clients
Managing your pipeline and follow‑ups
Negotiating rental agreements
Supporting the rental process from initial enquiry through to completion

What we’re looking for
Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or client‑facing experience
A confident and professional manner
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
Excellent organisational and follow‑up skills
Self‑motivated with a positive attitude
Fluent English (additional languages are a huge advantage)
Full driving licence
Real estate experience is helpful but not essential
Most importantly, we’re looking for people with ambition, energy, and the desire to grow with the business.
