Remote Chief Of Staff (Part-Time) – Strategic Ops Lead
Ltg Investments LLC (LTG Assist) is a virtual assistant agency sourcing top‑tier remote talent from the Philippines and Latin America to support U.S.-based businesses. We are seeking a strategic remote Chief of Staff to support our CEO.
As part‑time executive support, you will manage internal operations, streamline communication, coordinate client onboarding, ensure project timelines, schedule executive meetings, and lead talent acquisition efforts.
Manage internal operations and executive support.
Streamline communication across teams.
Coordinate client onboarding and project oversight.
Schedule executive meetings and manage calendar.
Lead talent acquisition and internal team coordination.
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: $15–$18 USD per hour with opportunities for performance bonuses.
Remote work, part‑time availability, and experience with virtual assistant operations preferred.
