In this role you will act as a site SME for reliability and maintenance, leading cross-functional initiatives to improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and cut costs. You will drive RCA/RCFA, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, and apply advanced diagnostics to glass manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with operations to implement data-driven improvements and mentor teams in reliability best practices. This role offers impact across equipment performance, maintenance processes, and safety culture at Guardian Glass.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Conduct RCA/RCFA and implement solutions to boost equipment reliability• Monitor bad-actor lists and drive systematic elimination of problematic assets• Analyze failures and report findings to management• Manage reliability data (OEE, failure codes, asset hierarchy, BOMs, technical library)• Support CMMS improvements and continuous improvement of work practices• Optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs and maintain plans• Lead equipment criticality, FMEA, and advanced PM technologies (oil analysis, vibration, thermography, ultrasonic, motor testing)• Update maintenance plans based on failure modes and data, plus troubleshoot complex issues• Identify and implement projects to raise asset/resource/facility reliability• Train and coach teams on reliability methods and systems• Support reliability excellence deployment and metric management• Provide hands-on technical advice for plant maintenance and operationsResponsabilidades• xcskxlj Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience• 3+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance and reliability• Knowledge of predictive technologies (vibration, infrared, ultrasound, machinery lubrication)• Ability to facilitate RCA and Reliability Centered Maintenance methods• Strong understanding of reliability systems and reliability growth• Solid data analysis and continuous improvement experience• Fluent in English and SpanishRequisitos principales•
