In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on compliance topics within the Investment Laws remit (MiFID II, UCITS, MAR) and support with establishing and monitoring related controls.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let’s get in touch.What you'll be doingActing as regulatory compliance expert in terms of client onboarding, product governance and investment product&services launchesMonitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architectureDrafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policiesParticipating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulationsDeveloping and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programmeSupporting interactions with regulatorsWhat you'll needClear and practical knowledge of MiFID II, UCITS and MARExperience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulatorThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysisFamiliarity with policy creation and implementationA solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business riskThe ability to communicate positively with regulators and members of various internal teamsMultitasking skills with close attention to detailExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
