Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead regional IPu0026amp;E sales efforts to grow market share and drive design conversion. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and supplier teams to support opportunities at Arrow’s client base. You will implement regional strategies, train field teams, and act as a regional ambassador to exceed customer expectations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engagement to deliver profitable growth and improved productivity.

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in leading teams
• Experience in IPu0026E sales
• Proven leadership of teams (essential)
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and local markets
• Ability to solve complex problems and propose solutions
• Ability to drive process improvements
• Ability to engage with Senior Management (Country Leaders, Directors)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
