Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts in Catalunya. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Catalunya. Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term business relationships. Organize and coordinate training sessions for partners, including product training, to ensure effective implementation of our partner program. Develop and drive business plans with partners, monitoring their growth and ensuring strategic development. Promote our solutions at industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to strengthen brand presence. Create accurate sales forecasts and define strategies to achieve business targets in Spain. Requirements Solid IT knowledge gained through academic background or equivalent qualification, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services. At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes. Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued. Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Catalunya, with successful partner development strategically and economically. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently and professionally with partners and customers. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and present Hornetsecurity's solutions during customer meetings and negotiations.
