Vestas is seeking an HSE leader to drive regional HSE programs and engage with shop floor teams across our Daimiel site. You will guide technicians and engineers to build a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance with national and company standards.The role requires hands-on experience on the factory floor, strong English communication, and a technical background in occupational risk prevention. Occasional mobility to other sites may be needed.
