In this role you will be the regional technical lead for Wallbox, driving operational excellence and maximizing partner/installer satisfaction across new markets. You will provide advanced support for DC and AC charging solutions, acting as the bridge between Customer Success and Headquarters Services. You will diagnose complex hardware, firmware, connectivity and OCPP issues, perform remote diagnostics, and support deployments to maximize uptime. You will also lead field enablement, document learnings, and contribute to global knowledge bases while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale service delivery.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Serve as the primary regional escalation point for installers, distributors, and CPOs and own diagnosis/resolution of complex hardware, firmware, connectivity, and OCPP issues• Perform deep log analysis and remote diagnostics to resolve cases efficiently and prevent repeats• Support commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure maximum product uptime and service quality• Collaborate with the CSM to identify service gaps and implement technical solutions to improve customer experience and KPIs• Document recurring issues and contribute to troubleshooting guides and best-practice materials• Manage and expedite regional escalations by coordinating with HQ Service Engineering (L3) and prepare detailed escalation packages• Lead technical training, onboarding, and certification sessions for installers and service partners to increase confidence and reduce errors• Maintain accurate technical documentation for the region and contribute to global knowledge basesResponsabilidades• 3–5 years in Technical Support (L2/L3), preferably in EV charging / e-mobility• Proficient with AC/DC power systems, electrical troubleshooting, and reading wiring xcskxlj diagrams• Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic or other languages are a must• Strong analytical skills with ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and provide practical solutions• Experience with Salesforce and ticketing systems is a plus• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for on-site supportRequisitos principales• Flexible working hours• Hybrid work schedule and half Fridays• Health Insurance• Flexible compensation tickets (transport, childcare, restaurant/food delivery)• Car discounts & special advantages for EV• Canteen discounts on meals
