About Us Desay SV is a global leader in automotive electronics. Our new Linares smart factory (mass production in 2026) serves European OEMs, and we need a local recruiter to build our team. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for local roles (production, technicians, engineers, quality, etc.). Source candidates via local channels, conduct interviews, manage offers and onboarding. Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor laws and GDPR. Support employer branding and talent pipeline building locally. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. 3–5 years of local recruitment experience (manufacturing/automotive preferred). Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and local job markets. Fluent Spanish (native/bilingual) and English (C1/C2). Full-cycle recruiting experience, detail-oriented and results-driven.
