At TEKsystems , you’ll lead a team of Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery across specialist areas. Your role combines hands-on recruitment with team leadership, including: Recruitment Delivery: Source, screen, and present top talent for client roles. Ensure timely and accurate delivery against agreed requirements. Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, run team meetings, coach and develop recruiters, and handle escalations. Sales Partnership: Act as the key contact for Sales, qualifying roles, allocating resources, and aligning delivery with client expectations. Performance & Development: Conduct regular 1:1s, reviews, and coaching sessions to build a high-performing team. Support wider office development initiatives. Tools & Tech: Use platforms like LinkedIn, Connected, job boards, and Teams to enhance candidate sourcing and client experience. Contractor Experience: Ensure consistent, high-quality service for contractors through planning, PPC, and Service Days. Leadership Support: Attend strategy meetings, contribute to office planning, and communicate updates to the wider team. Career Development Enrolment in the EMEA Management Development Program.
