Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles. Responsibilities include conducting technical role assessments, collaborating with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, maintaining a talent pipeline, scheduling interviews, and providing a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technical positions
Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects effectively
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus
Familiarity with technology roles and skills is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
