We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our People team and support the company during an exciting phase of expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, is comfortable managing a high volume of recruitment processes, and enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
Native-level Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken).
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within fast-growing startups, scale-ups, or fintech/tech environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of recruitment processes simultaneously.
Full remote position, based in Madrid.
