Sapiens also services the workers’ compensation and financial and compliance markets.Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial part in the company’s growth and success by leading local recruitment processes, bringing in the best talent (tech and corporate), and creating and supporting our company culture.The position also includes working in the rest of HR areas for Iberia: Onboarding, Development and Learning, Engagement and Culture, Health and Safety, Compensation,working closely with HR Manager, Iberia.Balance will be 50%-50%, depending on the moment**Line Management**:HR Manager, Iberia.**Main Responsibilities****As recruiter**- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes from initial approach to contract negotiation.- Full responsibility on local recruitment processes including- Working closely with hiring managers, provide support and consultancy during the recruitment cycle.- Developing sourcing channels and new recruitment sources.- Actively promoting open positions in different channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, etc.).- Active participation and creation of employer branding activities.**As HRBP**- Provide full-range strategic HR Business partner support to the Iberia team- Handle multiple HR disciplines, such as: Employee development, management consulting, training, compensation & benefits, legal compliance, relocation, etc.- Oversee all employee organizational life cycle phases within country- Serve as the point of the contact for the employees and managers in country- Collaborate with international HR team members on design, development, introduction and/or integration of HR processes, practices, programs and initiatives- Play an active part in the local implementation of global and cross organizational Sapiens HR processes**Desidered skills and experience****As recruiter**- 2+ years of recruiting experience, either a technology company or a recruitment agency focused on permanent tech roles- Experience in direct active sourcing including LinkedIn, and others.- A creative thinker that will bring new and innovative solutions to the table.- Great communication skills.- Goal-oriented.- Dedication, persistence, and ability to work independently.- Solid English skills, at least C1 level- SAP SuccessFactors experience- an advantage.**As HRBP**- Some experience in different areas of HR.
