Provide detailed information about services, and packages to guests
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation and filing
Requisitos
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approache
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office suite
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional certifications in hospitality
Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
Fluency in English and Spanish required, other languages is a plus
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
