Sales Manager – Real Estate Marbella We are a well-established real estate brokerage in Marbella , now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to take our company to the next level. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This role is on‑site in Marbella . Only candidates currently based in Marbella or with proven professional experience in the Marbella real estate market will be considered. Requirements (Mandatory) Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager within real estate Documented experience working in the Marbella property market Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a sales team Solid understanding of high‑end residential sales, client acquisition, and deal closing Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong advantage) Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team on a daily basis Drive sales performance, structure processes, and improve conversion rates Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth goals Actively participate in high‑value negotiations and key client relationships Work closely with management to expand the brand and market presence in Marbella What We Offer A key leadership role in a growing, ambitious brokerage Competitive compensation package (based on experience) Long‑term opportunity to grow with the company A professional, on‑site working environment in Marbella Compensation Multiple commission structures available depending on role and experience 2 different option Base salary + commission options available for managers High commission - no salary options (Details discussed during interview)
