Om rollen
Regionen skiljer sig från våra övriga områden. Här möter du en större andel spanska kunder, ett annat tempo i affärerna och en marknad där relationer, lokalkännedom och språk är avgörande för att lyckas. Samtidigt är konkurrensen mindre intensiv, vilket skapar goda möjligheter för rätt person att växa och göra verklig skillnad.
Du kommer att arbeta nära din kollega i området, där ni tillsammans bygger upp närvaro, skapar affärer och stärker vår position. Rollen kräver därför att du är trygg i att arbeta självständigt och driva dina egna processer, men också att du är en lagspelare som bidrar aktivt till teamet och samarbetet i regionen.
Fokus kommer att ligga på köpsidan – att arbeta nära våra köpare, förstå deras behov och guida dem hela vägen till affär. Vi förser dig med spanska leads, samtidigt som vi ser det som en stor fördel om du även har förmågan att bygga upp och utveckla ditt eget nätverk över tid.

We are currently looking for an experienced real estate agent to join our office in Los Alcázares – taking responsibility for the Murcia region together with a strong team.

We are now searching for an experienced sales professional for our office in Los Alcázares – a key role where, together with an already established colleague, you will have the opportunity to develop and drive our business across the entire Murcia region.
About The Role
This region differs from our other areas. Here, you will work with a larger proportion of Spanish clients, experience a different pace in transactions, and operate in a market where relationships, local knowledge, and language skills are essential to succeed. At the same time, competition is less intense, creating excellent opportunities for the right person to grow and make a real impact.
You will work closely with your colleague in the area, building presence, creating business opportunities, and strengthening our position together. The role requires confidence in working independently and managing your own processes, while also being a true team player who actively contributes to collaboration within the region.
The focus will primarily be on the buyer side – working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them all the way through to completion. We will provide you with Spanish leads, and at the same time, it is a strong advantage if you are able to build and develop your own network over time.
About You
Speak both Spanish and English fluently
Additional languages are a plus

Trabajarás de forma cercana con tu compañero en la zona, construyendo presencia, generando oportunidades de negocio y fortaleciendo nuestra posición conjunta. El puesto requiere seguridad para trabajar de manera autónoma y gestionar tus propios procesos, pero también ser una persona colaborativa que contribuya activamente al trabajo en equipo.
El enfoque estará principalmente en el lado comprador: trabajarás estrechamente con los clientes, entenderás sus necesidades y los acompañarás durante todo el proceso hasta el cierre de la operación. Te proporcionaremos leads en el mercado español, y será muy valorado que también seas capaz de desarrollar tu propia red de contactos con el tiempo.
